TRACKING AND MANAGING YOUR ACTIVITY
The tools of the
HealthMiles program - our three "Zones" – work together to
make it easy for you to track your daily activity, take your health
measurements, and monitor your progress in the program.
OUR TRACKING TOOLS
The GoZone pedometer
The GoZone is a go-anywhere pedometer that clips to your belt, waistband or
back pocket and tracks your daily activity. Wear it all day so every step
counts - to work, to the gym, to the mall. Wearing your GoZone is the best way
to earn HealthMiles, and it’s a constant reminder to stay active. Plug it into your
computer and your steps automatically upload to your HealthMiles account.
Polar Heart Rate Monitors
We’ve partnered with Polar™ to offer you the opportunity to track more intense
workouts and earn even more HealthMiles. Buy one at a discount with the HealthCash you
earn or use one you already have – there are ten compatible models. For you runners
and cyclists out there, it’s a great companion device to your GoZone pedometer.
OUR TRACKING TOOLS
The HealthZone kiosk
Whether it’s the big red kiosk or the small desktop version, the HealthZone is
where you’ll take your blood pressure, weight and body fat measurements. The
HealthZone tells you right away what range your measurements fall in and if
you’ve improved. Like your pedometer steps, your measurements automatically
upload to your account. Monitor them regularly; they’re important to your
overall health.
OUR TRACKING TOOLS
The LifeZone website
The LifeZone is your secure, personal website where you manage all your health
& fitness information. Everything’s in one place: your activity status, your
GoZone steps, your HealthZone measurements, your HealthMiles, your HealthCash (you
gotta spend something, right?) – lots of stuff, and it’s in one easy place. You
can also challenge your friends, read up on health & fitness news, shop, write
checks, and more. And we’re always adding new features and functions.
